We are the web.... we are the children....

Launched in 2005 by Tim Wu, teacher at Columbia University, the concept of net neutrality preaches an utopia that we have to try to reach which is a principe against the differences that make Network companies between websites and pieces of software that are using those networks.
Actually all applications that are using web should have the same access to the network.

Net neutrality (here !) also preaches politic and economic detachment and an independance of the internet.
